Abstract
Abstract
This research explores the dynamics of teachers' ability to cultivate a sense of feeling sympathy and empathy, emotional reactivity, and social skills in interpersonal psychology. The main focus is on how individuals understand, respond to, and interact with the feelings and emotions of others. Results showed a score of 80.71 (with a "VERY GOOD" designation) for sympathy-empathy ability, signifying excellence in feeling and understanding the emotions and experiences of others. This ability contributes significantly to the formation of healthy social relationships and effective communication. Emotional reactivity, with a score of 77.00 and a caption of "GOOD", reflects healthy and proportionate emotional responses to stimuli, demonstrating the ability to manage emotions without significant interference. Furthermore, the social skills assessed with an average score of 79.46 and a descriptor of "Good" indicate high competence in social interactions. These skills include effective communication, social adaptation, interpersonal relationship building, problem solving, and the application of social ethics. This study provides important insights into the importance of sympathy-empathy ability, emotional reactivity, and social skills in the context of interpersonal psychology, highlighting how these aspects influence the formation and maintenance of effective social relationships.
